Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an order to Nexora Studios ("we", "us", "our"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with an order.

2. Scope of Work

Nexora Studios provides video editing services as described at the time of order. The scope of work is defined by the service selected and the project details provided by the Client in the order form. Any work outside the agreed scope requires a separate agreement and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due after the Client approves the watermarked preview.
• Final files are delivered only after full payment is received and confirmed.
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer.
• Prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams). International clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees.

4. Delivery Conditions

• Standard delivery timeline begins after the Client confirms project details and submits all required materials (footage, references, etc.).
• Rush delivery (24h) is available at an additional fee of AED 40 and subject to availability.
• Nexora Studios is not liable for delays caused by the Client's failure to provide materials or feedback in a timely manner.

5. Revision Policy

• Each order includes a standard number of revisions as indicated on the services page.
• Revisions must be within the original scope of work. Requests that constitute a new project will be treated as a new order.
• Additional revisions beyond the included number are available at AED 15 per revision.

6. Client Responsibilities

• The Client must own or have valid rights to all footage, music, and materials submitted.
• Nexora Studios is not responsible for any copyright infringement arising from materials provided by the Client.
• The Client must provide clear, accurate project details. Vague briefs may result in edits that require additional revisions at the Client's cost.

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the final edited video are transferred to the Client.
• Nexora Studios reserves the right to use completed work in its portfolio unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing at the time of order.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexora Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, missed deadlines unrelated to our delivery, or platform-related issues.

9. Termination

Nexora Studios reserves the right to cancel an order if the Client provides materials that are illegal, violate third-party rights, or contain content that is hateful or harmful. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you place an order, we collect the following information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Discord username (optional)
• Project details you provide
• Payment-related information (not stored by us — processed via PayPal or bank)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill your order
• To communicate with you about your project
• To send project files and updates
• To maintain records for business purposes

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

3. Data Storage

Order submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Project files may be temporarily stored on cloud platforms for delivery purposes. We retain Client information only as long as necessary to complete the project and comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party tools for communication (email, Discord) and file delivery. These tools have their own privacy policies which govern their respective data handling.

5. Your Rights

• You may request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• You may request deletion of your data after project completion.
• To exercise these rights, contact us at the email provided at order.

6. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies. Basic analytics may be collected by the hosting provider (Netlify) for performance monitoring purposes.

Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital creative services, all sales are final once final files have been delivered. We do not offer refunds after delivery of the completed project.

2. Conditional Refunds

A full or partial refund may be issued only in the following circumstances:

• Nexora Studios fails to deliver the agreed service within the confirmed timeline (not counting delays caused by the Client).
• Nexora Studios cancels the order prior to beginning work.
• A duplicate payment is made in error.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• The Client changes their mind after work has begun.
• The Client provides an incorrect or insufficient brief and the edit reflects that brief.
• The Client is dissatisfied with style preferences outside the agreed brief (revision process applies instead).
• Delays caused by the Client's late submission of materials or feedback.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the conditions above, contact us within 7 days of the original delivery date with a clear explanation. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

5. Rush Delivery Add-on

The AED 40 rush delivery fee is non-refundable once work has been prioritized and begun, regardless of outcome.
